First Look @ PlayStation Now Beta via Kotaku And IGN

Ok so the PlayStation Now Beta is out and the first impression kind of leaves gamers a bit unimpressed for lack of a better word. I think the thing that really stands out is the pricing. the Pricing is that of actually going to the store and purchasing the specific game that you're attempting to play.

I mean $14.99 for 30 days? Really Sony? That's kind of bogus. You can buy that game right now for $7 at GameStop and always have it vs. paying that price every month. It should be once fixed price to play all the games like GameFly or Netflix. That greed in the company comes into play and messes everything up. That was my first turn off for me. Well after all it is in beta so the prices are subject to change.

The next thing that bothers me is the connectivity for PlayStation Now.

Apparently in the beta mode PlayStation Now no likey wireless connections. You can use them but they will not be the most beneficial even if you have a strong signal. A hard-lined connection is the most preferred at the moment. Also depending on how strong your connection is you may or may not notice lagging in the games which can also cause a decrease in the graphics of the game. Check out the videos from Kotaku & IGN.
